We have used this one to good effect in the past when ants had infested the gap between our colourbond steel roof and the rafters of our cathedral ceiling. Obviously pulling the roof off wasn't an option!
Mix about 2 teaspoons of borax into a lid full of honey and place it somewhere that the ants can get to it easily. The ants will be attracted and take the honey back to the nest and borax will kill them. Tis a shame to kill them sure but if anyone has a way to get them out without killing them I'd love to hear it!
