    punk'n pollenation.

how do you pollenate pumpkin vines!

a mate told me how to pollenate them by swapping the pollen from the male and female flowers, I tried several times, but it doesn't seem to work!

    am I doing something wrong??

< hear that sound?, it is a pumpkin vine growing like the red weed from "war of the worlds">

< spreading accross the yard, aaarrrgh!!!! it is attacking me!!! >

if it falls, leave it there. it can't go any futher.

    Re: punk'n pollenation.

    Hey JK,

Check my blog on gardening. I got a response there from Gail that said the autumn/winter they just won't pollinate bacause it is too cold. Should be right to go from now though - spring has sprung! If you have honey bees in your garden you are set - they will do the hard work for you. Plant some pretty flowers - even daisies bring them to my garden. Paintbrushes in the flowers is a last resort really but has worked for me in the past.

Don't wait for the governments - make your own future sustainable.
